Center Faculty Dr. Tim Downing Received $3 Million NSF Grant for Epigenetics Research

The CMCF center faculty, Tim Downing, Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering, has received a five-year research grant from the National Science Foundation. Downing will manage the $3 million grant with three Co-PIs, Elizabeth Read, UCI Assistant Professor of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and Andrew J Spakowitz and Alistair N Boettiger, both professors at Stanford University.
